By accessing or using StockMind (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use StockMind. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
• You may not share your account or allow others to access the Service under your credentials.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Free Trial

Pro plan subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. Your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before then.

Recurring billing

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.

Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service at scale
• Use the Service to generate content intended to manipulate markets
• Share, resell, or sublicense your account access to third parties
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software comprising the StockMind platform is the property of StockMind and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without our express written permission.

AI-generated analyses produced by your queries belong to you for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI-generated analysis will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StockMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits or investment losses — arising from your use of or reliance on the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time from account settings.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which StockMind is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
