This page explains how StockMind uses your data and lists all third-party subprocessors — companies that process personal data on our behalf. We are committed to transparency about every service that touches your information.

AI analysis: When you send a message in the AI chat, that message is transmitted to OpenAI's API for processing. We do not send personally identifiable information (name, email) alongside your queries unless you include it in the message yourself.
Account data: Your name and email are stored in our own database and used only to authenticate you and communicate necessary account information (verification codes, billing alerts).
Payment data: All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We store only the Stripe customer ID and subscription status — never raw card details.
Email: We send transactional emails only (verification codes, receipts). We do not send marketing emails unless you have explicitly opted in.
The following third parties process personal data on behalf of StockMind. We require all subprocessors to maintain appropriate security and privacy standards.

Some subprocessors are based in the United States. By using StockMind, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and other appropriate safeguards where required by applicable law for international data transfers.
We will update this page when we add, remove, or change subprocessors. Material changes will be communicated to users by email at least 10 days before they take effect.
